Textron Power Transmission

Textron Power Transmission (TPT) was the name given to the group of gear manufacturing companies that were brought together by Textron in the 1990's.

The four companies that made up TPT were David Brown, Cone Drive, Benzlers and Weco . These four companies now operate under the DB Gear Systems brand.

DB Gear Systems (previously Textron Power Transmissions) was bought by Clyde Blowers from Textron in September 2008 and the brand name of Textron Power Transmission is no longer used and has been replaced by DB Gear Systems.
